Working with the Centre d’expertise en production ovine du Québec (CEPOQ) and implementing a finely tuned process, we’ve been able to develop a distinctly different, unique meat that carries within it the essence of the Gaspé Peninsula.
The evaluations conducted by Québec’s Ministry of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food (MAPAQ) have shown that this alliance between land and sea enhances the flavour of our products.
The animals are reared according to strict specifications that precisely define how much light, ventilation and space the flock needs to be comfortable.
Our company has been certified by an independent monitoring agency. Our way of doing things produces premium lamb, distinctive for its uniformity (conformation and weight), marbling and tenderness.
